Though she began her career 30 years ago in the non-profit sector, Jennifer left the President/CEO position to start a family. Shortly after, her business was also born. Among innumerable client engagements, Jennifer has facilitated many strategic discussions regarding sensitive, confidential subject matter for national expert panels, conferences, and top level executive discussions, specializing in guiding emotionally-charged conflict to collaborative agreement. She works with live audiences and has been featured as an expert panelist, keynote speaker, and radio show host. Jennifer has also been featured on Fox Atlanta, CBS and many other media outlets.

When JMac Was a Non-Profit Executive, She Was Also a Serious Workaholic. And It Cost Her.
By 1998 she was diagnosed with a chronic health condition. After having been told she would take pharmaceuticals for the remainder of her life, Jennifer chose a different path. Within two years, she had transformed her health - and her life.
Since 2002, well over 90% of Jennifer’s clients have originated from word-of-mouth referrals that began when others witnessed the way she led her team, and the way she reignited her wellbeing. From multiple requests for her counsel, The Prosperity Formula was born, which became the primary tool within The JMac Method.
Throughout the years, Jennifer has had to practice what she preaches to move through divorce, breast cancer, and the bankruptcy that followed them. She’s been on the receiving end of multiple crimes, supported family members through life-threatening conditions, and guided several intense client engagements.
Now she lives (and loves) to tell reflective, humorous stories. Her 4’10” stature creates a disarming tone as she shares relatable anecdotes and the wisdom to help move through all of life’s adventures with greater ease and joy.
